Our services are entirely flexible and are tailored to each companies exact requirements. Every week we provide a round robin collection service across the country from various manufacturers, suppliers, retailers etc. Alternatively you and or your suppliers can deliver direct to our warehouse or any of the three other depots across the country.

We provide container receiving and decanting services and stock can be held in our warehouse. This is ideal for drop-shipping or direct despatch allowing you to advertise for a quicker delivery time.

Once an order is received, a convenient date and time is arranged directly with your customer two to three working days prior to delivery. All customers receive a delivery window together with a pre-arrival call from their delivery team. If we can not get hold of your customer by phone we will contact by SMS, email, or posted letter to ensure the customer is informed of their intended delivery date.

Upon delivery the products will be taken to the customer’s room of choice by two members of staff. Further services include unpacking, on-site assembly, removal of packaging, appliance connections etc.

We also hold a waste disposal license so can offer your customers a disposal service of their old product.

We can use your delivery notes or we can print our own from the data supplied by you. All POD’s are fully debriefed and reports can be sent on request.
